An acrylic and oil mixed media painting of brown, red, and white beta fish. It was given texture with matte medium. I used acrylics to give the background color and to start on the proportions of the fish. I then used oils to build upon the fish itself. I tried to make it look like an old tapestry. It is signed, DJF, in the bottom right-hand corner. It is sealed with a high gloss varnish and painted on canvas board.
