An acrylic and oil mixed media painting of fish feeding. It was given texture with matte medium. I used acrylics to give the background color and to start on the proportions of the fishes. I then used oils with linseed oil to make the dark blue waves in the background and to build upon the fish themselves. I tried to make it look like an old tapestry. It is signed, DJF, in the bottom right-hand corner. It is sealed with a high gloss varnish.
